Kate Middleton Accentuates Baby Bump In Black Knit Flare Dress: Picture Thrice as nice! Kate Middleton made her third appearance since her pregnancy news at an Action on Addiction dinner and reception at L'anima restaurant in central London on Thursday, Oct. 23.

The Duchess of Cambridge continued to be on point with her gorgeous maternity wear as she accentuated her tiny baby bump in a black knee-length Temperley London frock, which was inspired by stained glass ironwork. The fitted Emblem Flare dress, which retails for around $960 or 599 pounds, is woven from a black, cotton-blend yarn and gives a touch of edginess with an exposed nude slip. She accessorized with a black beaded clutch and appeared to recycle her suede pumps.

Prince George's mum, 32, met with charity supporters and heard a speech by Action on Addiction chairman, John Lloyd, at the fundraiser event. The Duchess has been a patron of the charity since January 2012, which is a UK charity that offers research, prevention, treatment, professional education, and family support for the cause.
In the printed program, Middleton wrote that Action on Addiction is "simply life changing and I could not be more proud to be their Patron." Nick Barton, Chief Executive of Action on Addiction, added to the crowd: "It's been difficult for her, one appreciates that, so one appreciates her presence tonight even more. She loves talking to the people we actually help and she's so good with them and genuinely interested."
Middleton had to previously cancel several royal engagements due to extreme morning sickness (hyperemesis gravidarum) in her first trimester. She returned to her royal duties for the first time with Prince William at London's Royal Garden Hotel to greet the President of the Republic of Singapore and his wife Mary on Oct. 21.
"I've been looking forward to getting out of the house, that's for sure," Middleton told the crowd at the time. An onlooker added to Us: "[She] seemed to cope well" with her growing belly, and listened to "William as he chatted away as the procession began."
Later that evening, Middleton stepped out for her first solo engagement since her baby No. 2 reveal at the 50th Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition at the Natural History Museum in London. She let down her loose brunette locks and wore a light blue Jenny Packham gown.
